Hello I think I'll def be giving it ago! I really need to get motivated I've only just signed up to this today but been exercising since new year I'm feeling determined lol
I've been yo-yoing for a while now and have 2 & 1/2 stone to lose Have been on here a week but found the plan today.

It works if you stick to it! I amnot very diciplined but have lost 22lb. A bit more to go but very motivated by exercise now. This has been a significant factor in change of shape and feeling well - for the better.
Don't just think about it, it costs nothing but a little time and effort so if you feel you need to lose some weight then give it a go....the only thing you'll lose is weight.

Lorary... your right it doesn't cost anything. Thank you. All the other diets I've followed have included a subscription. Something I can't afford these days.
