I read his booklet today. It was clear on the fasting days how many calories to eat but it was really vague on the other 5 days apart from saying to cut down on sugar every day. I feel the diet is only going to work if the other days are also mindful days. I can imagine people not succeeding if they think they can eat what they like on the other days. Some people have been really successful tho but I wonder if it better for people just wanting to lose a stone or to maintain. I haven't heard of anyone losing loads of weight on it. Does anyone know of any big losers using 5:2?
