Well the good news is that at the start of my 4th week on my first ever diet I am utterly thrilled to announce that I have lost 8 1/2 pounds - stupendous amazeballs - however to celebrate I have eaten a Cadbury's Creme Egg... God I enjoyed it!! I know I should feel guilty but I don't, although I did eat it in the kitchen IN SECRET!! It was delicious, yum yum.
Anyway, it's back to eating healthily once more. I still have almost 4 stone to lose - Yikes! Have to say I feel a lot better already even though only a little bit of chubness has slipped away.
Also darling fellow dieters, I would be eternally grateful for any advice regarding the almost unbearable cravings for cheese toasties and crisp sandwiches which descend in the evenings, apples and glasses of water are just not doing it.

Wow well done 8 and a half pounds in one week is amazing I am not a fan of cheese and as for the crisps, which was one of my downfalls, i just don't have them in the house. I eat alot of fruit instead when i get cravings, carrot sticks or even gherkins which don't have alot of calories. Good luck
Hi, sorry no, it is 8 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks, not one,I am just starting my 4th week, I've only been signed on here for a week. . I eat apples as snacks but it's getting "samey" already, I will try carrot sticks, and I love gherkins - and pickled onions come to think of it - maybe I'll try those too.
Sorry that was my mistake, just read your post again. Even 8 and a half pounds in 3 weeks is fantastic I am lucky if i lose a lb in a week. Yes pickled onions is something else to try, as i like them aswell
