OK. Here's my first post. I lost a stone last year and have put half of it back on. I'm really keen to persevere but struggling with chocolate at the moment.

Wishing you all (and me) happy healthy weight loss.

I find it hard to restrict chocolate and sweets unless I cut them out altogether- then I lose the craving!! Have lots of sticks of carrot and celery handy if you decide to try this!!

thanks, going to go for bananas and oranges instead - more calories than carrot sticks but more likely to work for me!

Oh dear, I am with you. I succumbed to chocolate today - looked up the calories and realised i had consumed 550 calories - eeeeeek! Was annoyed afterwards as it just took seconds to eat it without thinking - am back on the wagon now.

I think I have to just not have any of it at all!

Chocolate was always my downfall aswell. I always eat fruit now instead, as i cannot just eat one bar, i have to have more, better for me not to touch it. Good luck:)

I stopped eating chocolate 3 weeks ago except on Friday night I have a small 95 calorie Cadbury dairy milk with a glass of vino👌🏻& under no circumstances will I share any of it😀
