Hi everyone I am a newbie and started my first week plan today. I have done fairly well today and did 10,000 steps too. I know it's early days but I am feeling hopeful that I can keep it up all week. Any tips or advice will be great to hear as I love food and cooking not so hot on excercise though

I hope you checked your bmi and found your target calories, that's the biggest piece of advice I would have, eat enough, don't be hungry ☺

Hi Kim58 , well done on being organised enough to have a week plan. It's great that you enjoy cooking, you'll know exactly what is going into your food. If your calorie counting, write down all the food that go into your meals with calories per portion and soon you will have your own slimmers recipe book, which will save you time in the future. Well done on a great start. I'm doing 10000 steps too. I'm more likely to do it if I manage to split it across the day - if I still have 8k to do and it's getting late it's more of a challenge. If I can manage a walk first thing in the morning for 20 mins I usually feel I have cracked it for the day! Good luck!
