My Cross trainer saga update

The new one has finally arrived, there are a couple of missing pieces and a couple that need replacing - not entirely satisfied but I will be on the phone to get them replaced. I'm not going to send the whole thing back as Mr Happyali spent 2 and a half hours putting it together - rubbish instructions and a lots of bits. Anyway this morning I have done 15 minutes and I'm knackered!! Burned 130 calories. I'm supposed to be walking 4 miles later with my friend and now I'm worried my legs won't work ;)

Morning happyali

Glad to hear your finally got your cross trainer even though bits are missing! Well done on doing 15 minutes, that's great going for a first time on it. I have an E-strider (same thing as cross trainer) and I can only do 10 minutes at a time for now and yes it is knackering, lol.
