Done 2 months without smoking and am now starting my 2nd week of aggressive exercise.
Last week - 1 hour of cardio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This week I've done an hour already.
I've dropped 0.2kg over the week (Sunday to Sunday) although the week before (when I was on holiday) I dropped 1.2kg so either my scales are strange or a good diet is much more important than exercise when losing weight. I'm more concerned about being healthy than thin although looking good naked is still a goal for 2017!
