Fab little bars

Have to say, found some fab sweet bars, well relatively low sugar ones called kind bars, in Waitrose or Amazon, 145 cals, largely nuts with extra stuff, def helped me, bit pricey, well worth it tho

I like Nakd bars. Always have a few in my bag. The bakewell tart flavour is scrummy!

I my favourite are the Alpen Light bars. Only 70 kcal per bar and £1 for 6 in the Pound shop. Nice favours too especially if you need a chocolate or cake fix
