I've been rubbish today! I think this has been the worst day for food since I started! I've eaten a pile of bread and a box of cereal bars plus extra things.
Oh well today will be struck through in my book and tomorrow is a fresh one! Sorry just needed to get that off my chest!
Wk 5 R1 of C25K tomorrow so that will help!

Omg ive just had a big bowl of cearel too.ive sucumbed to my starvation...well im a greedy pig really..its so hard this dieting thing...But must do it om like a beached whale..mind you in eight days ive stuck to three meals aday...just tonite got me...but im sure i wont put that mych on only bran flakes but it was a large bowl😮but its disappeared onto a massive BELLY NOW....oh but it was so lovely.............😆
I think partly stress at going back to work tomorrow, time of the month, boredom. I am normally in control but tonight I think I just needed to do it!!!!
Just reading your posts has made me feel so much better - I too have well and truly fallen off the wagon today, now feeling like crap and fat. But I know I just let a few things get to me that I shouldn't have. But it's dealt with now so time to be positive again now and make a new start again tomorrow!!
