Hi all, had a really bad nights sleep last night, really rubbish. Dragged myself through the day at work. Snacked on lots of rubbish, no exercise no water. Chomped my way through biscuits, crisps choc bars !!! Early to bed tonight

Why do we punish ourselves for feeling bad by making ourselves feel worse.
Be kinder to ourselves has to be what we aim for!

Don't beat yourself up , just start afresh tomorrow. I look at this as a journey which will have ups & downs on the way 😀

I felt exhausted this morning as some friends turned up unexpected yesterday evening and left at 11! Then my three year old woke me up at 5:50 groan.
I was grumpy most of the morning until I had a large mug of coffee which perked me up. I was so sluggish, but I forced myself to do an aerobics dvd tonight - now I'm cream crackered lol
Tiredness is a killer cos you feel you need something sweet for energy. I did eat slightly over my allowance today, probably why. Hopefully the aerobics burnt it off!
Tomorrow is a new day. One day of naughtiness will not set you back too much 😊
