Hi, I'm on week 4, I'm getting side-effects, (lost 12 lb so far) i think its from withdrawal symptoms,slight headache, (dont take any medication)slight hunger discomfort, irritable, disturbed sleep, up 3 times to spend pennies, I gave been comfort eating,by sackful bread, crisps,chips for 6 months prior to Jan 2017
Hi the past few nights I have craving for food. Normal it's a sandwich and a cuppa tea. Now I'm having water squash & fruit and in the morning I'm fine!!🐒 The night time Muncie's! 🐵 It was the same with the smoking. 🍎🍑🍐🍍🍌🍉🍇🍓🍏. It will be the same later on. I have apples pears banana & orange for a wee snack later if required. Kind regards George. 🌹

Hi G, nose blocked poor night, ate babananaa,up 10am, I've got a cold! last weekend virus, feeling better, yes like what you say re fruit, I like Cox apple,spanish (squeeze juice) not keen melon, like mango, good to talk, sticking to plan, maybe do yoga exercises later, not done for 4 days, hope 'you well'
I'm ok thanks. I had blue berries with weetabix. I was going to have scrambled eggs mushrooms and tomato. Change the plan. A bit tired. I think it's lugging all the weight around. I'm going to do it, You can to. Angus is on my lap sleeping. Have a nice day and enjoy your day. Have a nice Healthy lunch. G🍽

hi Angus, ive given up bread for month, made a flat lentil flour bread, first piece with 3oz salmon, 2 tbs mushy peas, at 6pm.: G and kitty cat, Pearl
Hi 5 to you and your cat. Hope you have had a good day & feeling better today. The common cold!!! Yuk!!!! I feed a cold for the comfort!!!!! Man flu!!!!!! I had a skinny soup for lunch with wholemeal bread. Broccoli cauliflower tuna and cheese sauce. Just a cheat packet cheese sauce added water. I'm surprised to say that it was ok. Not sure about the cabbage soup one though!¡¡ Have a wee Healthy snack later on maybe fruit . Have a good night. G 🍌🍓🍏🌹
Hi G,and Hi 5 to Angus, i agree about pkt cheese sauce, I aim not to eat after 6pm take fruit tobed just in case, cold getting better, get withdrawals still, main meal today 4oz mash, stir fry cabbage, 2oz mushy peas, 4 Oz carrots with drizzle of cheese. Bread and all normal cheese banned for a month
Sounds good but please don't Starve or go hungry. I have not been hungry today which is a miracle!!! It's all the fruit. I had a weight watchers fruit yogurt. 2 points it says on the side?? It was tasty & I enjoyed it. I am not long home. Been moving about. I'm looking forward to getting back to the swimming. I can not go at the moment as I have a dressing on my leg. Angus is fine & on his favourite blanket!! He is free to roam & always cuddled up with one of us. Good luck to you and get a good sleep tonight. 🌷G
