1st day done now onward

Yesterday went well didn't snack and didn't feel hungry.Going up to look after mum and dad for long weekend while bros away, have packed all my food stuff so I stay on track if weighs more than my clothes bag lol x

Good luck, you can do this 🌻

My top tip would be to drink a glass of water when you feel hungry and Peppermint tea to combat the munchies 😉
