It's now been 7 months since I decided to do something about my weight. I got on the scales today and I've now lost 6 stones. I feel so much healthier and so much happier. Still another 3 and a half stone to go but I'm now confident I will reach my target.

How incredible you must be so pleased keep going, I am 2/3rds way through my journey too after 3 1/2 months and some days I feel I will never be able to eat again , probably will always have to count and be careful but I feel so much better!!

As a seasoned dieter, I cannot believe your speed of loss. You must be really sticking to it with no slip ups at all. That is almost a stone a month and that includes Christmas. I feel like asking you to share all your menus and exercise plans. I lost 5st by last April. But having got to goal for all of one week, I have been playing around above goal ever since. Really trying to get back to goal for my one year anniversary. But just seem to be losing and gaining the same couple of lbs for weeks. 8lbs above goal at the moment and that is sticking to my eating plan for the last month. Still I know I can do it as I already have. So it is just a matter of trying anything that has gotten me off plateaux in the past. I tell you, though, I am not letting it go back on next time. I am within the healthy BMI range as my goal is halfway through the range. So thanks for the inspiration. I will try to be worthy of your example.
