Tried to keep 1400 cal per day. 2 days was very wrong because of birthday party π. Still manage to loose 1 kg. current weight is 93.4 kg. not bad.π

Hi RTAK well done on losing this week. I hope this doesn't cause offence, I'm just a little concerned that your calorie allowance is very low for your current weight. Have you checked out your personal allowance on the BMI calculator?

1,400 calories is a generic number given to women on the 12 week plan. My advice would be to start at the highest number and gradually lower you intake as you lose weight. You should still comfortably lose 0.5 - 1 kg per week in doing so.
I'm not sure if you were already aware, but we also run a weigh-in where you can track your weight. These are now done on a daily basis, instead of weekly. At the moment Monday and Tuesday are full and Friday is almost full. We still have spaces on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday if you would like to join one of those days? Let me know which day you would like and I'll add you to the list if you're interested.
