In spite of the fact that I stepped on the scales this morning to find they read 2lb heavier than Monday, today has been better day!
Stayed on track with food so far. Feeling ok. And it's the weekend!

I get that regularly. Yesterday had put on 1.25 lb. Today had lost 1.25lb!!!! Go figure🤔
No change in my weight for three days despite being good. Gotta keep it up now, and maybe the scales will be favourable on Monday.

Good! Like your calmness. Yes, let's stay on track, and not give oneself unnecessary pressure. I've been busy today. Try to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle is not easy. But I always remind myself, nothing is worth more than my own health! So I'm proud of myself (yes feel good just saying that, given the fact hat I'm quite harsh on myself), for being calm, stay on track, and accept sometimes, i just don't have time to get everything done. Nonetheless, I had nice healthy meal (a lot of nice salad) and I'm drinking decaf tea now
happyhealthyjane , having started healthier eating and weight loss back in August last year, I have learned that the scales will fluctuate quite a bit over the week. The most important thing to focus on is not the number on the scales (easier said than done) but keep the faith in our efforts and trust the process.
'Just keep going' is the mantra for me!
