convinced myself to go for a second walk on the second day...

Hi there everybody! I got some good advice to pick myself up and dust myself off. So after breakfast I got my ass going. Putting my sweats on and one pair of my dozen walking sneakers and went walking. I went outside instead of the gym track. It was very cold but felt good with the sun which is nice in the winter time besides my sun lamp. I guess you think you are the only one in the situation but your not. We all have our rough days or certain months that do not agree with us. But I did also learn not go a week without asking for help to keep on track. And I do hope one day I can learn enough to help other friends on this site to succeed on there weight lost journey. See you lighter.

Well done Wadestreet, a walk in the winter sun will always lift your mood and get the blood pumping :)

Keep up the great work and you'll soon be offering help and advice to everyone else :)

Convincing yourself to go out and get some exercise in is often a big challenge :) but you did it! Getting some sun and air (however cold) is good for lifting your spirit.

At the end of the day we all need help sometimes (otherwise why would we be here? :)) and asking for help is one of the best things you can do for yourself! I hope you feel you can ask for help as and when you need it in future :) we are all still learning as we go along and we'll all have different knowledge and strengths to help each other :) so even if all you do is share your experience or give support, you are helping everyone on the site :)

You've helped me just by reading your post, my mobility isn't very good but tomorrow i'm going to try walking up and down my path with my walking stick it's the back garden so if i look like an old drunk it will only be my neighbours that will see me lol 👍👍

You are already helping by posting things like this Wadestreet .

Motivation is often hiding under the sofa, you've just got to get your bum off it to find it and drag it out.

Good job today !! 👟👟
