Thanks to TheJuggler I have found 'Body Fit by Amy' channel on YouTube, and done my first beginners cardio workout. Plus I have eaten healthily today and made up for yesterday's wafer sins! πŸ˜‰

Thanks for sharing Ruby8 - I found Leslie Sansome's Happy Walk through this site and have thoroughly enjoyed that, so I'll give this a go. I fell victim (not really, since I took the decision but you will know what I mean!) to a couple of chocolates last night - and more of my DH's full fat curry takeaway than I should too. My original choice was a healthy M&S version, but I supplemented it with some of his tarka dahl, Bombay potatoes and naan, didn't I? So upping my exercise over the weekend seems a very good idea and I always love trying something new. So thanks again!

Do try it, I did it with my daughter. 10 minutes in my living room, not a big hassle!

I am just so flipping determined to get a few pound off by the end of the month, and my body needs the extra boost!

Yup, I did it today. It starts gently and initially I thought, oh, is this going to do any good, but even in 10 minutes, it is surprising how much you can get your heart and lungs pumping - a very good platform for beginning exercising or getting back to it after a break, I thought. Thanks again x
