as long as you have only been watching bake off and not sampling bake off you'll be fine.
You will probably be fine with kettle bells. I looked at some in Decathlon about a fortnight ago I say look because I could only look as i couldn't lift them off the shelves 😂
I have found Kettlebell exercise really good as I am post menopause and computer working at a standing desk all week. Need to do strength exercises as well as walking.
I bought a DVD that has a variety of work outs. Its called Kettlecise and they sell kb too.
I exercise at home in the mornings about 2 or 3 times a week. I use the warm up and cool down and have never got any injuries. I started with 4kg and now use 6kg.
You could see if you can buy the dvd on eBay. Worth it if you are serious. I like the dvd as it shows you how and each exercise is for 60 secs. I turn the volume off and listen to a podcast or music. Hope that helps.
Try joe wicks and his 15 min hitt work outs. I have three kids under six, and have no time to excersise. But I manage to find 15 min twice or three times a week and I can do it at home. Because it's only 15 I don't feel like it's a struggle as it will be over in no time. You must push your self in those 15 min. Your see the effect in weeks.
