Home Kettle Bells Workouts

Hi I've just dug out of the garage the kettle bells I purchased on one of my previous health and fitness campaigns.

I was hoping to find a decent app or YouTube channel with kettle bells workouts on, but no idea which one is worth trying.

Something with different levels of difficulty would be good.

Any suggestions? Ideally without payment required.

Thanks

Yes you tube have some. I looked at them last week and thought oh that's beyond me and that was the easy ones.

Good luck ☺

Ooh dear, bit of trial and error then! Building myself up to move my body after watching Bakeoff of course!!!

Hi Sporty girl

as long as you have only been watching bake off and not sampling bake off you'll be fine.

You will probably be fine with kettle bells. I looked at some in Decathlon about a fortnight ago I say look because I could only look as i couldn't lift them off the shelves 😂

Enjoy ☺

Tough but full of lower impact alternatives. I have a 4, 6 & 8kg KettleBell and used the 4 or 6 during the workout. Burned 220 kCal!!!

Well done had a quick look. The one I looked at was with a group and also watched how to use them safely.

A lot of swinging backwards and forwards between the legs.

Glad you found some on you tube☺

I have found Kettlebell exercise really good as I am post menopause and computer working at a standing desk all week. Need to do strength exercises as well as walking.

I bought a DVD that has a variety of work outs. Its called Kettlecise and they sell kb too.

I exercise at home in the mornings about 2 or 3 times a week. I use the warm up and cool down and have never got any injuries. I started with 4kg and now use 6kg.

You could see if you can buy the dvd on eBay. Worth it if you are serious. I like the dvd as it shows you how and each exercise is for 60 secs. I turn the volume off and listen to a podcast or music. Hope that helps.

Try joe wicks and his 15 min hitt work outs. I have three kids under six, and have no time to excersise. But I manage to find 15 min twice or three times a week and I can do it at home. Because it's only 15 I don't feel like it's a struggle as it will be over in no time. You must push your self in those 15 min. Your see the effect in weeks.
