Hi Ruby (lovely name by the way), I just started last week and have over 6 stone to lose. On the NHS Choices site there are links to BMI calculator, healthy eating, exercises and much more. I've downloaded the Couch to 5k podcast onto my MP3 and have completed the first runs of week 1, with yoga and pilates (also on the site) in between. Have a snoop around and see what you are able to fit in to your lifestyle. I'm just trying to move more and keep to my 1400 calories a day...xx
Hi Ruby... Zumba and yoga with access to a gym, for first time ever, I have done this to motivate my own 15 minute floor workout at home., Aim for this week to be less nervous, about classes, do floor exercise routinely, which is 15 mins daily, my yoga is improving after 4 weekly hour sessions.xG
