Anyone on here using myfitnesspal? I'd like some buddies on there for encouragement. I don't mind that it's anonymous, but just a few people going through similar journey would be great. Especially if you are happy to share your food diaries openly like I am.
I'm holdingontohope on there.
I'm female, from central England, age 34yr, have a3yr old child, and I'm 13st and want to be 10st 7lbs. 5ft 3inches tall. Not very active at moment (aiming to do 30min exercise and 10,000 steps daily) so anything in common is great too!

Hi I am not on fitness pal but using my new fitbit. Keeping an eye on posts here for encouragement and ideas I have been at it since march last year and have ups and downs like everyone ,Almost had 2 stone off until xmas came crashing in but it s easy to get back in to swing with a little bit of will power , so Good luck am sure your exercise will make a huge difference if you cut down on food .
I've sent you a request as well. I love this app it's so useful for tracking your calorie intake. The barcode reader makes it so easy. I'm also trying to make sure I do 10,000 steps a day (walking up the stairs are work is killing me). I'm also trying to drink at least 2 litres of water a day which if nothing else helps with the steps thanks to additional trips to the little girls room
I was using myfitness pal which was great but found it meant had to carry my phone round all day to track my steps now have a Fitbit charge 2 which is great tried to link it to my fitness pal last night but technical problems apparently so need to try again lol 😂. I had logged lots of recipes etc on mfp which I can't seem to be able to do on Fitbit ?? .
Im on my fitness pal. Sooo simple to use and really makes you think about what you eat. Im also hoping to loose two and a half stone by doing the 5-2 diet. Good luck
