After about 6 years the bike came out of the garage this morning, flat tyres, mould on the seat and looking a bit sad.
The sun was out so I wiped off the mould and pumped up the tyres keeping my fingers crossed there wouldn't be a puncture to complete foil my plan.
Already arranged to meet a friend (she on a horse) and we had a joyful 90 minutes hacking/cycling around the Herefordshire countryside.
I was wearing a Hi viz tabbard but didn't need it, drivers could see my red face a mile off. We didn't notice the cold and loved the sunshine.
Counting my blessings for being able to do this today and sending positive thoughts to everyone who has be so kind to me on here. I hope you've all had a great day wherever you are and found your ray of sunshine today.
