Week Three.

Well this week has been rather up in the air, at my family's house I don't have access to my bike and the scales are no longer here (?!). So currently, no idea if I've gained or lost. But the exercise I did manage to do made me at least feel active and have been controlling how much Christmas food I eat.

As it's new years eve I'll probably be drinking a lot. But happy new year and all that jazz.

You've done really well if you've been controlling what you eat and when you return home you can leave behind all the treats.

Enjoy yourself this evening, weigh yourself when your home and have access to your scales and then get back into the exercise and healthy eating. Small periods of over indulgence shouldn't have done too much damage and you sound keen to get back into your usual routine.

Happy New Year.
