So after week three i have lost another 3lbs. Which takes my total to 12lbs overall loss so far. Feeling rather good about it. But my activity is very rubbish. So this week i need to do more and be more active.

That is very good. You shoukd be proud of that. As for exercise I did not do any until after my first three weeks of losing weight. It is very hard to walk into a gym or a swimming pool at first. I am sure you will do it though.

Honestly I just stayed under my calories and took the stairs at college. I think it helps that I am like 10st overweight so as soon a changed the difference was huge. I hope it keeps up though and plan to exercise more
