I'm new here ..

Hello my name is francesca and I come from italy , I don't speak very well English ( I'm apologize in advance for my bad grammar). I want to lose weight but is so difficult for me , I can start and it stop two days later ,I have no costancy, no idea about what to do , no one can hold me during this big step in my life . It's hard to see other people doing this easily and I'm staying there without doing anything to change my life , just eat unhealthy food ( but so good ). I would love to change but it isn't easy ( I know NOTHING is easy at the beginning ) how could you resist at chocolate , pizza, cakes or homemade biscuits, burgers , chips or fries ? And then i think " it's not too strange to see a curvy woman right? " or " why I'm so fat and unhappy ..." , " why i can't wear an S ( size) ".. it's so hard for me accepting all this , every night before to sleep i think at all those things and it's so depressing ... Sorry again for this long post and without sense . Goodnight !

Hello Francesca, by writing something here you have taken your first strep. If you follow all f the tips and advice you will start to see and feel a difference. I would recommend you weigh yourself and take some measurements, because sometimes you continue to lose centimetres even if your weight sticks for a week or two.

Try not to bring them into your home. Start telling yourself how much you like salads and baked potatoes and get a supply in.

At the time instead make a point of planning your morning - what you will wear, not what you will eat unless it is something good for you, what you need to take with you when you leave the house. It doesn't matter if you fall asleep making those plans but don't dwell on the negative, depressing things.
