Yes I did do something different , I reviewed my eating and cut out WW bars and go ahead bars I was having each day ( not both) and gave myself a talking to....

Yes I know patience!!!! I did also review again my eating and decided I was having a bar per day ( WW bar or go ahead) and decided it's sugar !!! Also 40 mins walking/ run / moved........

I doubt its any particular food type, but either way its cheered you up so that's good.
BUT , going forward, I seriously recommend you use a belt or tight jeans as your monitor, because even on maintenance your weight will fluctuate within a few pounds range (for many unavoidable reasons, as Ive discovered) so its not helpful to get upset by 1-2 pounds ongoing....just saying .
But definitely well done on your loss!
You've persevered rather than give up and for that you should be proud, finally you are seeing results, keep going I am sure you'll reach your goal in the end.

I know weekends are hard for you, maybe this strategy will help: Don't have a weekend. I'm serious. Just eat exactly the same.
I decided this 30 years ago after a Christmas period that left me feeling dreadful. So I do sample all of the seasonal treats, just once, and a small amount. It's saved me a lot of grief and indigestion over the years.
Maybe a similar approach would help you with weekends? Just eat the same every day. So you can have cheese twice a week...does it have to be on the weekend? Maybe spread those things more evenly through the week?
