I am happy I waited another week coming off of pop and I got great ideas to try from the forum Thanks by the way!. My cravings has subsiding which I mentally can feel. Christmas is just around the corner. I go to one party and there is my sister's Christmas day flowing of pop and goodies. she is a beautiful baker. I hopefully I can escape when I go there. I will have to bring over some herbal teas to take with me or a glass of cold ice water. Well I need to get ready for my CBT this afternoon. I need help getting on to event site for Monday morning weigh ins. And what time does it start and end. Thanks.

Ice cold water can be very refreshing especially with cucumber or lemon and lots of ice. Good luck. I drink lots of sugar free pop, the ice cream van comes round every evening and he always keeps some for me. I'm trying to cut down on caffeine so have swapped to lemonade.

You asked about the Monday group weigh-ins - the post is up from approx 6.30am (usually a bit before, but we aim to get it done by 6.30am) and it's open till midday - then the Afternoon/Evening thread is posted at midday - and it's open until 18 00 on Fridays.
I know you've found it hard to find the link (which is always in the Events section - by the Pinned posts - usually underneath them on a pc, but I'm not sure where it is on a mobile device! So, I'd recommend you 'follow' myself (Lowcal) and also moreless - because then you'd be automatically notified of when we post the weigh-in threads - we usually do it on alternate weeks. Moreless will be posting the one on Monday 19th December.
Anyway, hope that helps!

Hi Lowcal I had the found the event site then lost it as quick as I found it I was so close. God help me and could not find it again haha That is why I asked out of frustration. haha. I was so mad. I wanted to post my last weigh in weight so when I weigh in on January I will know if I gained or lost then post it. I want a starting point for now. I am not really overeating but I would like to start my weight lose unfortunately I do not have a scale until January. So Monday I will put my last weigh in I hope I did not confuse you. My CBT is very intense it is one on one. With a group once an awhile you can take a mini break and listen to others and there thinking. she is off for the holidays so we are getting back on track January 3rd. So bit of a break with homework of course could not get out of that haha..
well done for coming off the pop! MH husband had a 6 cans a day pop habit which he stopped almost 2 months ago. He says he feels so much better for it. I certainly see a difference in our grocery shop costs and our recycling bin is not quite so full each week. Keep the faith x
