I need help losing weigh. I got rid of all sugar foods and fizzy pop and only drink water or coffee. I don't eat or drink morning or afternoon I wait till evening and just eat salad and still putting on weight. Where am I'm going wrong?

do u have dressing with salad?, you need to eat regularly not just in evening, and really advise you to drink more during day, Ive change my whole diet, how long hav I been trying to lose weight?
i tried after i had my daughter and nothink happened so i gave up, and now she 3 and a half im ready to try again, as not only am i fed up i wanna be able to chase her etc. plus a couple of months ago i was out with my daughter and i had 2 young lads a a girl shout out ' look of the fat on that and that arse, its the fattest beach whale ive seen years. not only dod it hurt my feelings it put me off food and made me ill and very depressed.
You're maybe not eating enough.
Are you weighing all your food? You need a food scale and weigh everything because on the other hand you may be overeating without realizing. If you are weighing everything are are eating under your calorie goal without losing, then a check at the doctor is recommended.
It sounds as though you are well on the way to a healthier diet, but just need a few more tweaks to calories, and perhaps, portion size. 😊 The changes you have already made are fantastic, ( Diet Coke was the most difficult thing for me to give up) don't get disheartened, you are on the right road, 😊 Good luck
You should be eating regular, healthy meals to boost your metabolism. Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal plus 1-2 healthy snacks, try this for a few weeks and see how you get on 😀 Good Luck!!!

I used to skip meals and have found it really hard to get that balance right, ive found that eating breakfast (no mean feet for me) and a lunch with fruit in-between has not only given me energy during the day but has made me feel less hungry in the evenings so after my evening meal i no longer snack, takes a little bit of getting used too but its a habit you soon get into. Sounds like me but I cannot do the exercise to help the diet.
Are you walking as much as possible with your little daughter even a short walk in the fresh air will lift your spirit. good Luck.
Don't skip breakfast. It kick starts your metabolism. Better to eat during the day and burn off calories than eat at night.
