Hi all I'm Ashley . After starting to feel unhealthy again and moving up a clothes size plus having raised cholesterol i really need to get myself sorted. I'm hoping for a bit of inspiration here and i need to motivate myself to get walking lunchtimes as that's the only time of day i have as in the car or office 7-7.

What a lovely picture Ashley! Definitely get mobile - everywhere says you should aim for 10,000 steps a day, but don't think like me "oh I went for a walk, now I can have a biscuit!" Try to abandon all snacks and plan a weekly menu.
If you set yourself a goal and try to lose 1-2lbs per week, make yourself a graph so you can track your progress and have a rootle around the posts on this site, then you'll succeed. You say "starting to feel unhealthy again" so it sounds like you've been therefore before. So you know the weight you were previously and of course you can get back there again.
