Hello and I am glad to part of this community. Although I don't know what to expect, I am putting myself in a space where I need to change my eating habits, learn to balance food and excercise more. I am positive about this journey and hope to do something different and lose weight. Thank you for readimg and hope to read as many stories along the way.
I have downloaded the NHS weight loss app and now have to get my head around smaller portions. I hope to win
