.......Hi just started here today. Off work with a sore throat . I am trying to avoid anti biotics. I need to lose weight and get fitter but somehow I always end up losing motivation and will power. I am 14 stone and the weight is dragging me down but I just cant seem to stick to any system long enough

Take your measurements at the start together with a photo so you can see the changes on the days the scales don't move.
We have daily weigh ins so why not come along and join us. You can find the weigh ins on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post in Events and record your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.
To get the most of the forum be active, share tips, recipes and experiences. Read some of the posts they are very motivating.

This plan is really good as you can have treats, eat out & still lose weight. I’m on week 4 & am 2lbs heavier than you with 4 stone to lose but have struggled on my own. I’ve already lost 3 stone before joining but the support, ideas, etc here are really good & just what I needed! Good luck-we can do this! 👍😉
