I am so glad I am back I overate last night but seeing you guys this morning and your messages has given me the strength to go forward to get back and fight again from the first time I came apart of this forum. I have my dietitan too and she gave me positive insights as well. I will stay with the other group. I would like to try there Facebook on Monday if I get on it. I am not a computer wizard.haha. lol
