I'm not sure of your age or how active you are, but I can highly recommend Lesley Sansone walking videos on you tube, they are a natural progression from walking outdoors. You can start with the 1 mile walk or the happy walk (which I love) and then build up to 2, 3 and 5 miles, she also does some with hand weights and stretch bands.
