Hi there Chaz, can I ask have you checked out how much you should be eating every day? It may be that you are missing meals or not eating enough at mealtimes and then snacking because you are hungry. I find that that is exactly what I do so I will be taking my own advice Good luck.

I found that drinking 2 litres of water a day really helped make me feel full. I work in an office all day so the temptation to snack and order fatty breakfast sandwiches is really bad. Drinking the water pretty much eliminates the need to snack for me. If I ever get really peckish I have snacks like celery. Hope this helps

I'm sat on a bus all day so I don't eat then but when I get home all I want to do is eat
Maybe try finding a homemade healthy alternative to the food you like. My boyfriend makes pizza subs. So a stick of bread cut in half and into smaller portions with tomato puree on with cheese and pepperoni. just pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes and its really nice alternative it isn't the most healthy thing but if you eat "diet food" you're never going to stick to it if you don't enjoy it. We have found that simple things like that really help. I would recommend the water as if you're dehydrated your body tries to retain everything it can.
Having 3 meals does help as well, as if you only eat once a day your body assumes that you are never going to eat again or that your meals will be irregular so it stores everything as "fat".
