Hello all, I was on holiday for the past four weeks and wasn't tracking my exercise or diet. I knew I was getting about half an hour of walking a day, but not exercise of the intensity I was when I was back here. So I'm back into it, weighed myself today and I haven't gained a single gram. WEIRD.
So if I stick with what I'm eating and increase my exercise I should lose weight. I struggled before I went away with very limited losses that I just kept gaining back so I'm a bit confused. Silver lining: I don't have any more to lose than before I left.
