Wow, I LOVE the look of that delicious bowl of mixed nuts, berries and Greek Yoghurt - it looks really great!

It does look really good. By the way, I see you've lost 8 pounds, would you like to claim a weight loss badge? We have one that is 7lbs - which I know is less than what you've actually achieved, but we do them at 7lbs and then 1 stone, so if you would like a 7lbs badge, please let me know! :-)

i,ve only lost 8lbs in 3 weeks but 6 and half inches off my big belly and i have so much get up and go its unreal

Well done you - and at least it is a way of eating that you can keep going with.

After all, you didn't put the weight on quickly - probably only a few ounces each week, so it makes sense to lose it the same speed, and gives the skin a chance to shrink back too.

It is great you are feeling some energy too; a sign of good health!

not sure my skin will shrink i have to many stretch mark from when i was 29 stone a few years back and as you know they dont shink

Oh well - better start saving for the tummy-tuck op! Also depends on how old you are as to how much elasticity there is in the skin. Seriously though, even a bit of loose skin and feeling well is better than carrying all that heavy load, which does your knees in!

Love the pictures that you post of your meals! This looks so healthy and tasty. Sounds like you are doing really well - 8lbs in 3 weeks is good going :)

That looks lovely! I'm trying to do this by healthy eating too as I never stick to calorie counting for long. Tea tonight was omelette with chives and black pepper beaten in with the egg, filling of mushrooms, baby spinach and Philadelphia cheese.
