I joined the winter solstice challenge 7 weeks ago and am struggling. So I have decided to weigh myself and post it here daily for at least the next 2 weeks. Hopefully that will help me. I want to go for a run but it's pouring with rain. I'll give it half an hour, then will go whatever the weather. It's only watet after all!π£π¬β΅β

Think I might do the same. I find I lose throughout the week but show a gain by Monday. I know it wont make interesting reading for anyone else, but hopefully will keep me accountable.
Mondays are a difficult day for many after the weekend which seems quite challenging π Could you weigh every day and take the average?
If it's any consolation I'm about the same weight I was 7 weeks ago too π Been really struggling to get back on track. Fingers crossed I'm finally on plan π Good luck to us both
As promised, to myself, here is the first of my daily reports. Stuck to my diet and had a short, if wet, run. Did struggling lol e will bit with diet, but knowing I'm reporting back daily has helped I think. I'm the same weight. My scales only do full pounds, so no decrease was expected. It's funny, when I eat too much it shows straight away!π
Oh boy this is hard to admit! Put on a pound over night! I have been eating and eating yesterday. All healthy stuff but way to much of it. Stopped counting calories at about 4 pm!π I'm away from home over night and not sure what is in store food wise. I suppose i shall just have to estimate and keep counting. Then I'm away again from om Friday until Monday! I'm looking forward to both of the breaks, but as I'm feeling week willed, will find it a struggle. I was hoping to lose 2 pounds this week, but its looking unlikely!π₯
Don't despair π I can gain or STS then lose all at once . . . I do weigh almost every day but try see the big picture π
It's difficult to calorie count away from home but just try to be mindful of portions π
