Hi I'm gabby mother of one with PCOS....struggle to lose weight however not a problem putting it on! Too tired for the gym and so sick of watching what I eat! 😒 Fed up!
So here's to the next 12 weeks! I hope this 12 week training plan gives me the motivation I need!

Hi ya, I also have PCOS. Just done my 12 weeks and lost 2 stone. Half through Cal counting and half after being referred to WW. You can do it and it'll have a huge impact on how you feel x x this place has tons of support x x good luck x x remember you deserve a healthy life x
Hi. I, too, can understand about weight and PCOS. I had it diagnosed 21 years ago. Weight loss will have a dynamo effect. It is harder to lose the weight, but possible!
