I had a rough day today. I was supposed to a blood test at the hospital today which was booked by my consultant. When I arrived the department was closed, although she called me a few days ago instructed me the blood for my hospital appointment tomorrow.
I have issues with my mobility and my hip as a result of it has made it worse. In order to make myself feel better, I decided to buy a takeaway which was not all that. And I currently feel silly because I have made some changes in my weight loss journey.

One takeaway is not going to make that much of a difference as long as it doesn’t turn into many days of bad eating. It’s also quite useful to make a mental note that it ‘was not all that’. Wish you a better day tomorrow! 🤗
Oh dear, you have had a rough day today, but as they say, tomorrow is another day! Would you like to join us on the Daily Diary and post your menu for tomorrow? Here's the link, I hope to see you there! x
One takeaway in a month is nothing and if it's not that great even better. One a week is fine in maintenance phrase but going to seriously hamper you in weight loss phase. Don't rule anything out completely, just limit it to sensible levels.
Hi BODILYPain27, I think I even read on the NHS a good diet shouldn't be largely affected by a one off.
It happens! Try not to beat yourself up too much over it and I agree with N-o-r-d-i if you make a mental note of how it made you feel ill, hopefully it'll put you off in the future all the best!
Don't beat yourself up we all slip up occasionally. Just get back on the wagon and have a couple of really good days. Good luck.
I try to think of my journey one meal at a time. So that one didn’t go so great, I’m sure the next one will. We are all here to be each other’s cheerleaders and supporters. 😀
