Hi RevJames
Sounds like a plan! Good luck!

Hope the knee mends soon. Well done on nearly being at the end of the twelve weeks. It's inspiring to see people's journeys.
Yes, it is. I get inspiration every time I come here; it's brilliant.

Can anyone who is an expert on yoghurt tell me which ones to choose for less sugar ones. I keep reading about Total Greek yoghurts, Sainsburys do greek ones too. It's good that there is such a large range to choose from, but which would be healthy/low sugar and still be satisfying ?
Hi miopus. I am not an expert on yoghurt but I eat these - Total 0% Greek yoghurt is not only no fat but is high in protein so should keep you feeling fuller for longer. Also the Danone Light and Free yoghurts are 0% fat and 0% added sugar. They come in several flavours and I particularly like the peach and passionfruit one. Hope that helps
Total Greek yoghurt is a good choice as they have a choice of fat content and as Muffintop says, a good amount of protein. They also contain live culture which are good for your health.
Whatever yoghurt you go for, make sure it just contains milk as some "yoghurts" have additives in. You can add your own choice of fruit etc. Danone Light and Free have starch and artificial sweeteners in them, which doesn't make them a healthy choice for me.
Good morning RevJames 😊 The title of your post caught my eye and perfectly sums up what has happened to me, I have a totally different relationship with food 😊 I eat for health and enjoyment, if it's calorie dense I have less, and have come to the conclusion that some foods just are not worth the calories!! Lol 😊
You sounds as if you are in absolutely the right frame of mind for this journey, so very best wishes and I look forward to hearing of your success 😊
