Good morning, miamia, and welcome back to the forum 😊

I see you've been here in the past. I hope this time you'll really throw yourself into the life of the forum as we've found that active participation is a huge help.

As you've been down this road before, I suggest you try a different approach this time, rather than following the same plan as before, which you can't sustain. You may find these interesting: ignore the title of the first if it doesn't apply to you as the content will

To reduce binge eating and the desire to snack - eat plenty of good food (including fat) at meal times. Try the Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat diet (LCHF), see the forum here on health Unlocked.

The best evening snack (or meal) is nothing - I do not normally eat after 14:00.

Miamia please don’t listen to other people’s comments . If they can’t be kind they aren’t worth it . I struggle with binge eating at night . I try to eat fruit and nibble on crunchy cereal and it has helped . Having the support from everyone who understands on here has also helped so much . All the best .

Miamia, I bet that most people on this forum are repeat ''failure'', I know I am. But try to move away from that inner destructive voice. Your worth is not just about weight or how you look. Try to be kinder to yourself and use very small targets, stay stable then move onto the next small target.
