Newbie!!!

Just joined and looking forward to committing to this programme. Trying to lose weight for so many years, lost a little, levelled out then give up. Really want to drop 3 stone overall - would love to lose at least a stone on this 12 week journey!!

Good luck on your journey! Im a newbie too. I want/need to lose 18llb to take me to a healthy bmi range, Aiming for 2lb a week between now and xmas which will take me to where I need to be. Being 5"3 weight shows on me so easily :(

Will do. Struggling with the decision of gym again tonight (I went last night) cant decide whether going again is over doing it, or if I should just go tomorrow and Friday. Made a promise to myself that I am going to do 3x 90 min sessions of cardio a week.

3 x 90 cardio a week is quite hard - especially at this early stage. Why not go for 6 x 30 (and use a couple of 30 minute walks instead of the gym)

Oh as much as I've just signed up to this site I've been going to the gym for a month now, I started off with the 30 min sessions and worked my way up :)

Good luck hope you do well. look forward to seeing how you get on. This is my second week on the forum and I lost 2 pound. Be nice to maintain this weight loss for Xmas The most important thing is I feel much healthier.
