New potato growing some legs

I am brand new to C25K, I have never run before, well maybe as a toddler but that was 50 something years ago. Having lost a load of weight I have secretly done the first week of C25K and to my amazement I actually grew some legs and managed it. But I am nervous and scared I will fail.

Hi oldladyruns, did you mean to post on the C25K forum? If you did, this is the link you require, if you didn't, forgive me for not welcoming you to the Weight Loss NHS forum properly :)
