Third day in a row I am having the same breakfast. The joys of being single and living alone. But I must admit that I really like it, it is tasty and healthy and with coffee my breakfast is just under 280 kcal.
Question: how often do you weight yourself?

I usually only weigh myself once a week first thing on a Sunday morning. But if I feel an unbearable need to check myself, I'll weigh on a different day. But that's what usually works for me.
You didn't say what breakfast it was, any suggestions welcome for different meals.
At the start of my journey for 18 weeks I only weighed every 2 weeks as I get obsessed with the blooming scales but as I am doing the winter solstice I am now every Monday, scales bagged up in the wardrobe the rest of the week.
I weigh myself each Monday ready for the Monday weigh-in thread. It doesn't matter how many times you weigh, as long as the overall trend is downwards 😀 I'm sure you're aware that weight fluctuates from day to day for lots of reasons like totm, water retention, not going to the loo, muscles retaining water to help recovery after exercise, etc. 😄
I also live in my own, so make batches of food and freeze some for when I'm too busy (or lazy) to cook
