Apologies in advance for using kgs as opposed to stones, but this is what I understand.
I joined the group a little over two weeks ago but haven't got my act together until now!! I know that recording my weight and having the group to discuss it with will provide greater incentive.
So, my long term goal is to develop healthy life time habits. I want healthy eating to be what we do in our home, for this weight loss journey but also for my daughters. 8 want them to grow into making good food choices.
I have started doing half an hour of aerobic exercise 5days a week. This has made me feel great in itself, weight loss aside. I have noticed an improvement in my fitness level too. Not a massive leap, but an improvement non the less. I can do a hill climb without being completely winded. Slowly but surely!!!
Out to dinner last Saturday and had two glasses of red wine! That can't have been great for my calorie count but it wasn't excessive either. I don't want to cut out every treat because that won't make for lifelong changes.
Any advice will be gratefully received. I want the weight to come off and I want to keep it off this time!
