So it's been 3 months since my last post, I've tried to maintain my healthy eating and exercise even with the whirlwind of weddings, hen dos and holidays! As a result I've gained 3lbs in the 3 months I've been 'off'.... so that now put's me a 12st 6...
I'm back with a new sense of determination, I want to achieve that 10st 7 goal!!!
Whilst I was in the glorious south of France, my boyfriend proposed to me! So now I have a wedding to plan which will hopefully be September 2017 - excellent motivation to shift this weight once and for all!
My key problem is lack of will power! I just can't say no, or I suddenly realise what i'm doing when the chocolate biscuit handed to me is half way down my throat!! Ha..
So I'm going to try and record all my meals and snacks so I can see my 'naughtiness' right in front of me and try and stick to the straight and narrow....
