Just been into the staff room at the school I work in and there were two packs of opened Jaffa Cakes on the table for all to consume - generally this would mean the instant demolition of several in seconds
So proud of myself that I checked the calories on the packet (45!!! - what's that all about?) and only took the ONE!
I was about to eat it whole - as per usual - but decided to leave it on my desk until after my lunch and then savour it slowly
It is counted on my day's intake as a controlled indulgence Feeling empowered
