For those who've been following me along with my weekly aims, I should apologise for missing last week: we were at a wedding, and I didn't get 5 minutes to plan anything!
We had a busy week travelling to the other end if the country for a few days, thenmy birthday on Thursday, so whatever I aimed to do, I wouldn't have stuck to anyway!
Anyway, this week, I need to get back on track, and so this week I aim to.... Cut out sugarry snacks.
I am baking a cake for the office because it was my birthday, but other than that, I'm going to replace my cereal bars with nuts, have stewed apples for a sweet after-dinner bite, and try not to nibble on any biscuits around the office.
