Morning first day today for me today( had a few first days at diet classes) but met some lovely trainers at the gym who are genuinely interested and give alot of encouragement, weight etc all done they weigh me again in 2 weeks today, good luck everyone on yr journey xx

The people working at the Gym are usually quite serious about making the best of their body, and if you can get them on side to help you along the way, that will encourage you loads.
I did a short squash course last time I lived near a Gym - very useful and great fun too. I wasn't exactly skinny then either, so don't be discouraged; go ahead and make the most of all their facilities.
