Pasta and bread are my best companions, but have a habit of ruining my shape. Weight Watchers was a good program to safely lose 2 lbs weekly - I recommend that highly.
I am in the same boat as you I am 12stone 12 and want to get to 10 stone but I have the issues of being in a wheelchair so a cant go for a jog lol I wish I could I do miss a good run

I would recommend you have a look at the nhs12wk plan (if you haven't already) as this helped me go from 12st9lb to my target of 10st9lb ... and now 10st8lb!! I started at the end of feb and with a few ups and downs feel so much happier, healthier and fitter. And with your great attitude you will too π
Get involved with the forum and join in the challenges as with out them I probably wouldn't of smashed my goals π
