This is the first ever post I've done anywhere but today is the day to start my weight loss journey. I've tried many things before and know this time I have got to stick to it as now I'm so overweight I struggle to motivate myself to take the dog for a walk. Any advice out there for just starting out or recipes for feeding a family of 6?

When I started a week ago I refused to walk a dog too. And today I started a 5k running plan
It's all in your head, get in the right mindset and fight!

Just normal food, bump up the veggies and weigh your portions until you get used to it 😊
